"Some weeks ago, I was invited to try the new spring menu by chef Alessandro Hayashi at the sushi restaurant EDO Sushi in the Expo98 area of Lisbon.
The space itself is pretty and was well decorated. From the menu, the three items in the mini gallery below were my favorites - in terms of ingredients used, creativity and plating.
